Q: What payment options do I have when buying from Style Island?


You may choose between several payment options on our website during checkout.
1. Credit/ Debit Cards: Payments can be made using a credit or debit card on the Style Island website
2. Net Banking: Payments to Style Island can also be made using either of the IMPS, UPI, Wallet or NEFT modes of payment.
3. Cash on Delivery – We also have COD options where you can pay for the product once you receive it

Q: What advantage do Seller Partner get when they share their PAN card details with Style Island ?


If a Style Partner shares their PAN card details with Style Island, TDS on their earnings will be deducted at the rate of 5%. If Style Partner don't share their PAN card details with us in the form of a self-attested copy, we will deduct TDS at the rate of 20% as per TDS rules as defined in the Income Tax Act of 1961

Q: What are the rules to be followed by Style Partners while running their business?


Style Island has strict rules of conduct for its Seller Partners. Some of the highlights - Style Partners must abide the guidelines of Ministry of Consumer Affairs in their daily conduct in addition to our Code of Conduct.
- Style Partners cannot sell products over MRP
- Style Partners can't use the Style Island platform to sell products from other brands.
- Style Partners shall respect the decision of customer and shall not compel them to purchase.
- Protect the intellectual property rights of Style Island

Q: What happens if Seller Partner don't follow the Code of Conduct?


If a Style Partner fails to follow the Code of Conduct, his/ her Seller License is liable for immediate termination or such other disciplinary actions such as Forfeiture of commission, Suspension of Seller License, legal action etc. as may be decided by the Company at its sole discretion on case to case basis.

Q: Are there any additional charges when I place order with Style Island ?


The following delivery/shipping charges apply to the orders placed via the Company’s website:
- Delivery/shipping charge of Rs. 99/- on individual order value below Rs. 1999/-
Free delivery/shipping on orders above Rs. 1999/- is available
*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.

Q: Does Style Island provide a Money Back Guarantee?


Style Island specializes in trendy and high quality lifestyle products in various categories.
We believe strongly in our product so much so that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with our product you may return it within 30 days from the date of invoice for a full refund.

The Following conditions apply when returning a product:

- The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice.
- All tags/labels/packaging should be intact before returning an item.
- Style Island reserves the right to accept or reject any claim in case the physical product does not match the description of the product sold or if the product does not fall within the timeline during which it can be returned.
- The Customer will either be offered a refunded to his or her source bank account or E-wallet credits
- All handling charges for shipping an item or items must be borne by the Customer.

Q: After placing the order how i will be communicated about my order confirmation?


For each order you will receive a confirmation SMS/E-Mail with your invoice number. The invoice number will be written clearly on your invoice and will be visible on your confirmation screen and will be available in your order history as well.

The invoice number helps us identify you when you contact Style Island Customer Care. It also helps in solving potential problems more quickly if you need help.
You invoice number is also needed in case you need to make a complaint or return a product.

Q: What is Style Island return policy ?


Customer can return un-used products within 30 days from the Invoice date Returns are accepted at 2 ways:
1. Returns can be shipped directly to the address (which will be mentioned on top left hand side of the invoice) by the customer their own expense.
2. You can go on order section & opt for the return option - Our delivery team will come to your delivery address & pick up the order & post processing of return the amount will be credited in your Style Island wallet.
You also need to fill the the Return form / written application mentioning the reason along with the original Invoice copy
The amount credit in your wallet will get adjusted in the next order.
Note: No Returns is to be accepted/processed without the original Invoice and Return Form /written application.

Q: What is the TAT (Turnaround time) for an order to be released from the credit check bucket If customer wants more than 10 units

Q: Is the stock assured for the orders which fall in the credit check bucket?



Q: What if the Customert receives any damaged product?


Customer is required to call at call center to complain about the same. The product might have got damaged during transit. Complaint of damaged product is to be lodged within 48 hrs. from the product delivery.

Q: How can we change/update personal information (Contact Number, Email Address, Shiping Address etc…)


By sending an e-mail to customer care team. The TAT for the same is 24 hours.

Q: How to enquire or lodge a complaint related to the order & products?


Customer can call us at call center no. for any query/complaint to be registered.

Q: What is the meaning COD?


Customer having this mode are required to pay the amount at the time of delivery to the courier boy. Courier boy will not handover thebox till the time money is paid.

Q: How to complain about any damaged product incase invoice is misplaced?


Customer can download the invoice by logging into his/her online A/C. Invoices of 3 campaigns(Present month + earlier two months) can be downloaded from Order tracking section.



Catalogue - The Brochure / magazine which Style Consultant buy & give it to their customers. It includes the pictures & the prices of the products which Style Island decides to sell in the specific month

Style number - The individual product number for every item in the brochure. It is a code used for ordering the item.

Catalogue Price - Brochure Price / Ofer Price / Award Sales - Price of the products printed in the catalogue, on which Style Consultant billing is carried out

Payment modes - COD, PPD- Pre paid delivery - Style Consultant have to pay after the generation of the invoice, and delivery will be done after the payment updation in the system.

COD - Cash on Delivery Home Delivery time of delivery (At their door-step)

Inactive - If a Style Consultant does not place order in any month, he/she is considered inactive in that month
