Credit/ Debit Cards:  Payments can be made using a credit or debit card on the Style Island website

Net Banking: Payments to Style Island can also be made using either of the IMPS, UPI, Wallet or NEFT modes of payment.

Cash on Delivery: We also have COD options where you can pay for the product once you receive it.

The following delivery/shipping charges apply to the orders placed via the company’s website:

Free delivery/shipping on orders above Rs. 2999/- is available

We believe strongly in our product so much so that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with our product you may return it within 15 days from the date of invoice for a full refund.

For each order you will receive a confirmation E-Mail with your invoice details. The invoice number will be written clearly on your invoice and will be visible on your confirmation screen and will be viewable in your account as well.

The invoice number helps us identify you when you contact Style Island Customer Care. It also helps in solving potential problems more quickly if you need help.

Browse through our shop section. Once you have found an item, click on the 'Add to Shopping Bag’ button below each item. Review your selection by clicking the bag icon at the top right of the page and selecting ‘View Cart’. You can use the 'Remove Item' link to delete items from your shopping bag. If you wish to continue browsing, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button. To complete your order, click on 'Proceed to Check Out' button.

Returns

The Following conditions apply when returning a product:

- The product must be returned within 15 days from the date of invoice.

- All tags/labels/packaging should be intact before returning an item.

- Style Island reserves the right to accept or reject any claim in case the physical product does not match the description of the product sold or if the product does not fall within the timeline during which it can be returned.

- The Customer will either be offered a refunded to his or her source bank account or gift cards

- All handling charges for shipping an item or items must be borne by the Customer.

Return, exchange, or refund for purchased products shall not be entertained by Company if:

a) The product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort;

b) The product has been washed;

c) The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded;

d) The serial number / bar code of the product, as applicable, does not match Company's records;

e) The accessories delivered with the product are not returned along with the product, in an undamaged condition;

f) There are any dents, tears or any other damage to the products or any part thereof;

g) The gifts accompanying the purchased product have not been returned, or upon being returned, show signs of being used, washed, or defect;

h) Company is satisfied that the product has been rendered defective or unusable; or

i) The product is part of clearance or special promotion products.

The Company shall not entertain request for return, exchange, or refund for any of the following products:

a) Clearance or special promotion products;

b) Gift vouchers issued by the Company, if any; and

c) Such other products as may be specified by Company from time to time.

Shipping

We process orders within 24 hours and ship them via our trusted logistic partners. Any order placed shall be delivered to you within 4-5 business days barring any complications like national holidays or delays from the logistics partner.
