Terms & Conditions – Style Island x Kiehl’s Offer

1. Offer Validity

  • This offer is valid only on fresh items across the website.
  • The offer is applicable on all orders and payment mode.

2. Gift Eligibility

Customers are eligible to receive free Kiehl’s gifts on qualifying orders from fresh items only.

The following slabs apply based on the total value of fresh Items only (after any discounts or coupon codes):

  • ₹8,000 and above – Free Kiehl’s gift worth ₹3,500

  • ₹12,000 and above – Free Kiehl’s gift worth ₹6,100

If your cart includes both discounted and fresh items, only the value of the fresh items will be considered for the offer. Sale or discounted items will not count toward the qualifying amount.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • In the event of a return, if the final order value (from fresh items) drops below the qualifying slab, the Kiehl’s gift must also be returned.
  • If the Kiehl’s gift is not returned, the MRP of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
    • Example: If you place an order worth ₹10,500 from Full-MRP products and receive a ₹3,500 Kiehl’s gift, but return items worth ₹3,500 from that category, your net qualifying value becomes ₹7,000. You must return the original gift.
  • If you prefer to receive a lower-tier gift (based on your new final value), we can ship it to you upon request. A shipping charge of ₹100 will apply for sending the replacement gift.

4. General Offer Terms

  • Offer is valid while stocks last.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupon codes, or promotional offers.
  • Customers can qualify for the gift on every eligible order, if stock lasts and all conditions are met.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are not counted toward the qualifying amount.
